Internet Ordering Policy

The books for Summer semester will not be available to order until 5/18/2012.

All orders may be processed and charged as soon as they are placed, however orders will not ship until May 21st or be ready for pickup until May 23rd.

Ship Orders

• Ship orders take 3-5 days to process.
• Shipments can take an additional 3-5 business days for delivery.
• Orders will be shipped UPS. Please keep in mind UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• The shipping address for Financial Aid/Third Party Voucher orders must match the address on file with the college.

Pickup Orders

• Ship orders take 3-5 days to process.
• Orders must be picked up by the second week of class or they will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
• You must have your order number and a photo ID in order to pick up your books.
• Only the person listed as the ship to recipient can pick up the order.
• Electronic Financial Aid and Third Party Financial Aid orders must be picked up and signed for by the student.

We reserve the right to substitute new for used when used books are not in stock and are not on order. If substitutions are made in the type of book (new/used) to fill your order, please be aware that the dollar amount will also be adjusted.

Please be advised the bookstore attempts to have the most accurate information possible. This information is subject to change without notice. If you use the textbook information to purchase books through another retailer you do so at your own risk.
